1. Use of Funds:
   Donations are directed to specific program areas such as education, women’s empowerment, environmental conservation,healthcare etc. in rural Tamil Nadu and in administration and resource building for training/learning centers. If donations exceed the need for a particular program, the surplus will be redirected to similar causes in line with our mission.
2. Transparency:
   All donors receive official receipts. Annual financial statements and program impact reports are available upon request.
3. Tax Exemption:
   Donations to ABCD NGO are eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. Please retain your donation receipt for claiming deductions.
4. Donation refund policy:

5. Donor Privacy:
   We respect donor anonymity when requested. Personal data shared during the donation process will be protected and not disclosed without consent.


6. Acknowledgment:

7. Currency:
   All donations are processed in INR. International donors should ensure currency conversion compatibility through their banks or payment channels.
